He managed his own communications consultancies for 15 years across Asia Pacific.
He has completed 2 years military service and 8 years training and assessing experience in several RTO’s and Resources clients.
He has been working for Schrole for 2 ½ years (feels like 10 but in a good way!)
Favourite aspect of working at Schrole: Team mechanics and camaraderie. He believes it probably is the first time ever that he looks forward to coming into work every day, even after 2 plus years!
Motivators: He always looks at improving the way he does things.
Strange phobias: Anatidaephobia - the fear that somewhere out there in the world, at any time, a duck may be watching you.
Not really strange, but it is an interesting one.
Worst punishment at school: Public caning in front of entire school - back when it was legal (the reason: discharged a fire-extinguisher just to see what was inside)
Nerdiest leisure time activity: He reads comics – DC, Marvel, Tintin, Asterix and Obelix.
